If you are going all in then no. Convert all cash to Bitcoin and run everything on credit. You will still get sats back on bills and the rewards from gift cards don't outweigh simply already having that cash be bitcoin. If you're not all in, then buying the giftcards is a great way to earn some extra sats back on places you would normally go to anyway.
