I know I'm relatively late to the #Ruby party (which is funny since I'm a massive #Smalltalk fan), having only started using the language while working on the jekyll-webmention_io gem, but seriously, nokogiri is ridiculously good.

I use Huginn to take Matt Levine's Money Stuff newsletters from my inbox, simplify the HTML, then push to Wallabag -> Calibre -> my (hacked) Kindle so I can read a weekly digest on my couch, and nokogiri makes the cleanup step easier than I could've imagined.
