Sitting at a Sphinx restaurant right now, a Polish shoarma restaurant chain that seems to be becoming more and more irrelevant over the last few years. Ten years ago it seemed like they were everywhere in the city. Now it feels like they are struggling. Lots of locations closed and only in a few malls they keep going. Did people get bored of it? Did taste change that much? Anyway, it's lunch time and I am sitting on one of two occupied tables.
