I'm delayed with some communications & am trying my best to get caught up. Been working day job & community work. Got some personal news that triggered awful PTSD SA memories & have been struggling to not shut down. I have an emergency therapy session this afternoon & am working until my appointment at 3pm. I'll be offline, until I feel more emotionally balanced.
