npub1aem2tstsjh9yxetrn9732y3x44dj3sw7rtjesv09vlmzxvtryk5s29r94a (npub1aem…r94a) sounds like it's time for a resistance check on the starters hot wire & alternators charge wire while you have the DMM out. A cooked wire can have high resistance, which would cause the starter to seem weak.
If those check out ok, the starter could be tired & needs to RIP in peace.
Check the resistance when the motor is hot & cold, compare if it has higher resistance when hot.
