If you don't mind a Halium device (uses Android kernel, does not use Android userspace) you can look at this thing. If VoLTE is not a hard requirement a cheap option is a OnePlus 6 -- runs PostmarketOS like a champion.
Finally, the Light Phone III comes out in February, and the pre-order discount is still going!
