I'm not saying it doesn't have collagen.
I'm saying it's unnecessary to *supplement* protein, unless it's in collagen form only (i.e. devoid of BCAAs).
Increased protein (with BCAAs, which is non-collagen-specific forms such as this) percentages slows metabolism.
Very, very few people need supplemental protein.
