Welcome to the worst of all seasons in the West. Where people really stress out again because they are mentally fitting into the "last months of this year" mondset. Where the mood drops because the days are shorter and the weather gets worse. Where the work environment becomes more stressful because so much has to be finished "in this year." And where people allow themselves to be real assholes one last time, because from mid-December on, they can switch back to being cheerful and can reset with the new year (both supported by vast amounts of alcohol).
