I did. It was called "The People's Network" and was run on a C=64. At one point I had 5 POTS lines installed in my apartment, several external modems, and even had a fancy Hayes Optima Smartmodem 9600 baud modem and a C=128. Was phreaking ATDT dialing other BBSes globally. :-)
