Just paid for FlokiNET webhosting with Monero. I think they're going to be a good fit. They hosted Wikileaks and currently host Torrentgalaxy. They also allow the operation of Tor nodes (including exit nodes) and VPNs on their network.
I chose a server is in Iceland (good privacy and liberal TOS). No user info required, just a functional email as a point of contact. Pretty stoked about it.
