Another vertical Sunday. After the initial 1000m of EG on the running/speed hiking/scrambling hill I went scrambling/climbing for another 20min and 100m of EG (right part of the course on the map). Good flow. Sunny which made it easy to tolerate the 0C. #trailrunning #running
