I've been "chubby" or "thick" twice in 45 years, both times purposefully, and I've been pregnant/ nursed three children. I've repaired my body multiple times though nutrition and at 56 wear a size 2 with legs that can crush skulls. The line of former fatties with a plethora of illnesses, including medical professionals, who've told me that I'm doing it wrong is palpable. The ignorance of the well intentioned is human; the arrogance of Dunning Kruger is nauseating. Do your thing and smile at the scoffers.
