I'm sort of panicking because I can't find the right toothpaste to bring to the surgical appointment. this is of course something to panic over in lieu of the surgery, because everyone around me is telling me what a minor procedure it is, so I feel very silly for being anxious about it, whereas being anxious about toothpaste is relatable
