1. Smart TVs are just regular TVs if you don't connect them to the internet. Don't connect them.
2. Streaming services know what you stream. There is no way around this.
To my knowledge there's no way to "anonymously" watch streaming shows that doesn't involve piracy or signing in to the streaming service under someone else's account... which isn't so much anonymity as it is just falsifying someone else's profile.
