Still counting calories to lose weight?
I eat a pound of wagyu beef patties plus 4 to 6 slices of bacon every morning. Dinner is a rib eye steak. That's 2400 calories per day but zero carbohydrate.
I'm 5' 6 1/2" tall and have easily maintained a body weight of 121 lbs for 14 months now. I feel FANTASTIC!!!
An all-meat diet for the win!
