studies have found that the things people are afraid of ( terrorism, sharks etc. ) and things people actually die from ( obesity, car crashes ) are basically the opposite. people are afraid of things that statistically have almost zero chance of killing them, and not afraid of things that statistically are quite likely to kill them.

and likewise you have an irrational fear of "unsafe" diets when really the only thing unsafe in your case, well, more like suicidal really, is NOT dieting.

but i understand how you got to that world view - it is to large extent the fault of the media who tries to convince people that Anorexia is dangerous but Body Positivity though and Healthy at Any Size ... that is GENOCIDAL PROPAGANDA ( so you know )

reality is very small number of people die from anorexia and very large number of people die from obesity. it's the same as how children are several orders of magnitude more likely to be injured by Covid Vaccine than by Covid itself yet the media was still pushing Covid vaccine for children ... even as Children kept dying and getting paralyzed and the media knew the vaccine doesn't even work.

but that's how the media rolls. if you listen to them you will be very sick and probably dead.

simply put unless you are on an idiotic diet like Vegan or Carnivore or you only eat ultra-processed foods it is almost impossible to be malnourished. your fear of being malnourished is blown way out of proportion while you are nowhere near as afraid of staying morbidly obese as you should be.

all diets aim to accomplish the same thing - reduce calorie intake - but no diet can admit this because then it wouldn't be "magical" anymore and instead just be a retarded way to count calories. every diet comes up with its own secret formula for reducing calorie intake, so for example you can have:

- low fat
- low carb
- vegan
- carnivore
- paleo

and on and on but in the end all diets are - is arbitrary restrictions on what you can eat that result in you eating less overall ... that's how diets work PERIOD. all the rationalizations that go with them are TOTAL BULLSHIT which is why there is an infinite number of diets out there - because it ultimately doesn't matter what the rationalization is - you just need restriction.

well what if you didn't want to be an idiot and wanted to restrict your food intake without lying to yourself about it ? well you could count calories. you could fast. you could have your stomach surgically stapled. or you can stuff yourself with fiber until you can't eat any more.

counting calories is the best but hardest option, and very few people have it in them to make it work.

eating a bunch of Fiber One cereal with Whey Protein for breakfast is basically ZERO EFFORT and you feel stuffed for several hours without having consumed much in the way of calories, thus losing weight.

i only do this in place of breakfast because if i replaced every meal with this then i would indeed be malnourished. i use this specifically for breakfast because in the morning my body is low on dietary protein and i want to use the fastest digesting kind ( whey ).

by contrast at night i use the slowest digesting protein ( beef ) to have sustained release as i sleep.

there is no magic in the end. all the supposed "science" behind diets like Keto is just marketing bullshit.

you ultimately either have to use will power, count calories, fast or find foods that are filling despite being low calorie - and that's exactly what Fiber One Cereal with Whey Protein is.

i have been dieting for 30 years and i don't know anything with a higher ratio of satiety to calories than that.

sugar has the lowest ratio of satiety to calories ( it causes binge eating ). protein has the highest satiety to calories of macros that have actual calories. and fiber of course simply has no calories at all so the ratio of satiety to calories is infinite.

i have tried using Metamucil in the past and it's a great way to blow out not just your asshole but the entire intestine and colon and i DO NOT RECOMMEND IT to anybody.

by contrast Fiber One cereal is somehow almost like a luxury experience on the toilet - it's smooth and velvety in texture compared to Metamucil that is too horrific to describe.

for this reason i don't care how much Fiber One costs - it's worth it IMO.

but all this is besides the point. the main point i want you to take home is to stop worrying about "nourishing" yourself and start worrying about losing weight ASAP.

you think you have other health problems but chances are they are all indirectly caused by your weight.

you must address the root cause first by losing weight.

nothing else is nearly as important.
