i noticed that adding "-たち" onto a person's name seems to refer to a group of people that includes that person when i was watching Den-O
i wasn't sure how to put it into words, but "and the others" makes more sense
i had a similar conception, it's just that i would've used it in an alien way probably
like "人間たち" or "くそたち" or something of the sort, basically grouping and referring to people as categories of things than as people
like niggers or faggots, y'know
