I woke up feeling less dreadful but so, so tired despite sleeping well. I am struggling a bit with personal hygiene so Tom washed my hair for me and I sort of half dried it. We’ve been out to the nearest town as Max needed some new jeans then we came home and had lunch. I’ve had to come upstairs for a lie down but I feel rude and like I am a bad parent/host
