The only person like this I ever gave backing to was Yonle when we went around mucking about as Nemol, since in the meantime was actively working on solutions to the spam and suggesting improvements to other developers, the latter of which were being ignored because of his reputation and the can kicking method of client dependence or relay-level solutions that didn't do shit.
