Finally back home. Being away from Asahi for a while has been a nice experiment in "what happens if I get hit by a bus".

I had already started working on removing SPOFs just before my break, so this was good timing to figure them out.

Good news is people could continue working without me. With the Fedora infra as the ultimate step between Asahi and users, no real releases block on me, at the user-facing edge.

However the GH org had a single owner and that had people playing branch pushing monkey and backporting patches instead of having real releases, so I just fixed that. [@sven](https://social.treehouse.systems/@sven) gets to play co-admin (I trust him to know who else to delegate commit privs to).

As for the rest, we have relatively minimal infra. I need to do something about alx.sh (the redirector, currently hosted on a personal server that does too many things). Suggestions welcome; I need something that can do server-side reverse proxying (for the root) with user agent sniffing as well as 3xx redirects for short links. Ideally something a bit more managed than "rent a VPS somewhere" and preferably not cloudflare (because reasons).

Other than that the only thing I actually host myself is the (deprecated) ALARM package mirror/images and the Asahi installer packages. The latter could easily be thrown on any random cdn, like a storage zone on bunny.net (which we already use as our CDN), so that would be the longer term plan.
