Day 3 on 7mg #nicotine patch: Has been like a super drug for productivity and focus! Gym performance has also increased. I've been waking up a little too early, around 5-6. But before I did that, I was a zombie at 25% of what I normally can do. No records made in the gym on a bad sleep day. Now, I broke all records despite waking up too early!
