Tonight is #Monsterdon, and in honor of our film, Attack of the Crab Monsters, I'm posting awesome crab facts.

I saved my fave for last.

Not all hermit crabs stay small and cute. The coconut crab is a beast. Their claws can pierce coconut shells or even metal. They climb trees, and have been spotted eating birds and small pets. Some people believe they ate Amelia Earharts's body!
