Too late now, but throw a garlic clove in the tulip bulb planting hole in the fall. That keeps critters from digging up bulbs. I have a rabbit problem, but daffodils are poisonous so I plant my tulips surrounded by daffodils and it “camouflages” the tulips. Lastly, I’ve built chicken wire “hats” to go over the entire raised bed, which works pretty well. My tulips for cutting are in their jail cell right now, almost ready to cut
