Who loves N.K. Jemisin? š After reading her excellent Broken Earth trilogy, I was excited to check out Great Cities. I loved the premise, the original concept and the diverse case of fleshed-out, real characters. The first book pulled me in, even though it didn't reach the level of Broken Earth. The second one felt rushed (and it was ā the author originally planned a trilogy) and didn't have a satisfying ending. I'd still recommend it though. Your thoughts?
