I find beans etc to be not the best source of protein. I’ve found that chicken and rice seem to be the best fuel for my workouts. That being said vegetables are extremely important to get all your nutrients and keeping hydrated. I try to include carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach and cilantro in almost every meal becuaee they are extremely high in vitamins.
