I agree, but there is a difference between diffuse general fear and acute personal fears.
It's not a defense, we've argued about and I think she's accepted that I will take risks to try to make the world a better place. The scarier it gets there bigger those may be.
I think she is still in a little bit of denial about how bad it may get, and how quickly. And we disagree about whether fleeing to another country if Trump wins will be right, or even effective.
