I see it as centralized decision making and Huge Riks as everything is up for a change even the POW algorithm as we see in the screenshot that breaks half of the mining.
That can not be global money, its not decentralized. Its a joke. You can't have a real consensus every few months for huge changes. Any way enjoy them. To me this represents a centralized software development and decision making.
