Huh. My laptop has a Windows 11 educational license (I didn't realise this when I bought it, but it was cheap and it's reliable so it's not been a big deal), which means I have access to the Group Policy Manager. A few weeks ago, I pre-emptively set its Copilot setting to Disabled.
The most recent update only went and enabled it again. 🤦 So I changed the registry entry AND re-disabled it in Group Policy. Just to be sure.
