youtubes compression is retired i'd rather watch a less compressed 240p stream than a super compressed 360p stream. 480p with decent compression settings is totally usable. yet the low you go the more absurd the compression is, even 720p can be kinda bad nowadays compared to 1080 when it doesn't need to be. give more options man, maybe keep 144p and 240p really compressed the insanely bad internet speeds but keep 360p and 480p somewhat decent
