The first obstacle was finding a typewriter ribbon of the right size and shape. I found a formula online about how to make your own, but I didn't have the ingredients handy. So, I got creative and hunted down the last remaining typewriter ribbon on the continent in a rundown pawn shop down a dark alley.
Aha! I thought. Just what I need to cast the right spell, typed onto my skin.
The pawnboroker smirked, but all she said was "Make sure your spelling is right. That's noncorrecting ribbon."
