I'm only a keyboard maxi in my terminal, otherwise, I like my mouse.
Imo, mobile style apps work great in apple's ecosystem and fall flat everywhere else. Spotify did this to their desktop app on PC and I stopped using Spotify's entire service as a result. They even called the developers on the redesign project Rock Stars, but they were destroying the app.
Long story short, I use mp3s and Clementine on desktop now to protect myself from rock stars.
