I’ve been living caffeine-free,as an experiment, so far this year, but this morning I am having a cup of coffee… and no way can I go back to doing this every morning.
My brain feels hot, like it’s going to rocket out of skull and splatter on the ceiling!

That lady in the epilepsy support group told me I would need to give up caffeine eventually, and now I understand why.
