when you have the knowledge you WANT to be criticized because that gives you the opportunity to ass rape the other guy to death and be hailed as a hero for doing it
if you are apprehensive of criticism it means you have the imposter syndrome
whenever anybody says "don't tell me how to do my job" there is a 100% chance they suck at their job
if you're good at your job you can always embarrass the person criticizing you by showing a glaring flaw in what they're saying
if you can't do that and your only argument is that you're right because it's your job then you're not only wrong but incompetent as well
