My doctor has put me on a #Plantbased #Keto #diet for the next 4 weeks. That's not a high-fat diet, that's a low-carb diet. So basically, #vegetarian for a month. I've done keto before, but not plant-based. I'm not adverse to changing my diet completely for a while, and I'm not afraid of Vegetarian dishes. Anybody got some recipes to share, I'm going to the groceries to stock up on ingredients for the next few weeks and would love input and tips, like keto breads.
