If someone joins Mastodon instead of Akkoma, that’s great because that’s one more person that someone on an Akkoma server can talk to.
And if someone joins Calckey, that’s great because the same federated principle applies.
Last I checked, there’s 50 unique server software that utilizes ActivityPub. Everyone who joins the Fediverse is benefiting from all those projects.
