Not my most successful tea. Poaching an egg is my first absolute induction hob error (it looks like you need to leave it on about 5, rather than turning it to low when the water starts to simmer), and making pan haggety with sliced courgette rather than sautéed leek that you forgot to buy is even more disappointing than you might think, having some sort of weird cheese cancellation effect.
