I have a long relationship with grilled cheese sandwiches. My mother collected cookbooks and made atrocious food sometimes. I remember when she made this. I was having a sleep over. My brother was in boot camp so I had room to myself, good times. Then mom starts baking ham, bananas, and hollandaise. My friend thought I was amazing for knowing how to make grilled cheese.
