Oliver Willis gets it right; make the GOP take the votes showing they are ok with the Supreme Court and a number of issues. Put them on record. Show that you're trying to accomplish *now* and that you'd be able to do it if you had the votes.
Show that you're trying to do the right thing; don't throw up hands and say, "well it's up to you voters"
