I've started growing tasty things in the house, but I've had limited success. One thing that's popular in my house is frozen berries. Yes, they're cold when they're crunchy. But they're crunchy.
I think this is why crunchy snacks like chips, popcorn, cookies, and pretzels are so popular. Also why folks in the snowbelt go absolutely batshit crazy and gorge themselves when we get around fresh fruit and vegetables.
