but, either way, treating everyone the same way means you *don't* have to worry about that, you're safe by default (assuming you act in such a way all the time), it's a blunt solution

if you treat everything the same way because you can't/won't filter it, then there is some setting for that universal treatment that can achieve, maybe exactly 1 goal, at the cost of potentially everything else
