npub1m7pxww6fzaf2r9keql0s8luruhga9f5uc39xk3hsscaqqu56c5yqz4w0ed (npub1m7p…w0ed) I like the dual fuel injection as well. I had one of the first VW direct inject 2.0 liters and it needed the valves cleaned every 20k miles since there was no fuel to help clean off carbon deposits.
Fortunately, that car got totaled (while parked) during the Fukushima disaster when used prices were sky high. The insurance company gave me every penny I'd paid for the car previously, and I only ever had to do the job once.
Later iterations added the variable lift as the fix.
