Well...that was a little weird...woke up at 2:43 again this morning but today I was able to get back to sleep until I climbed out of bed a little after 6...never knew how much pain the daily ibuprofen was masking until I stopped taking them Sat...after the outdoor rides I hurt everywhere and that will probably continue all day...only have 90 miles left to the goal so I'll reach it Friday and then Sat will be a one ride day...I do need to run out to Meijers this morning...good morning!
