I don’t think it’s a democract/republican thing for jack. I think he genuinely wants a free and permission-less social media platform. Bluesky was almost that but at the end of the day anything that can be compromised will be - and he found that out. He only uses NOSTR so that’s a good indication that he believes in the protocol.
