Otterbox is expensive for good reason.They're great cases, this is the first problem I've ever had with one. Plus seven year warranty. I ~thought~ this would be like butter on a hot skillet. Not so. I wasn't shitty to the rep. It's not his fault. I did complain to corporate. I can't imagine my iPad going without a case for ten weeks. 100,800 possible disasters. I'm probably just going to go buy another one. 😐
