For the uninitiated, it seems we've got a cryptic message being sent to the OP_RETURN address of USDC (a stablecoin, for those who don't speak blockchain). I'm no expert, but I'll play along. Can you please enlighten me on what this means? Is it a treasure map or just a cleverly disguised spam?
