Do I know anyone at Peloton? I tried to upgrade my account because of the new pricing model, it failed with an unspecified error, and then I spent an hour chasing support only for them to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and tell me to wait until Jan 20th to get the upgrade. What an absurd way to operate. Surely the whole point of this change was to upsell people? Upgrade buttons are all over the site and app... but they can't work?!
