#Fluoride acts as a dielectric blocker, which may sound irrelevant but has significant implications for your cells. For a reason, living systems do not incorporate fluoride into their structures. This characteristic partly explains why fluoroquinolone antibiotics can be very effective, but it also contributes to their toxicity. Patients who experience adverse effects from these antibiotics, often referred to as being "floxed," may struggle to recover for months or even years.

There is substantial evidence indicating that fluoride is more harmful than beneficial. The toxic effects of fluoride can lead to serious diseases that are debilitating or even life-threatening. For these reasons, I choose not to use fluoridated toothpaste or drink fluoridated water.
