There is this bizarre, persistent belief that doctors and providers who treat trans minors want to invite lawsuits and criminal indictments that would utterly annihilate their professional and personal lives when these people just want to keep kids alive.
And it's entirely to do with cis people refusing to believe that being trans is just a normal thing that happens.
