Andrew seems quite sharp and a lot of stuff around zig seem well thought out. The only thing really missing for me is segfault-free guarantees. I simply don’t trust myself to use a non-memory-safe language. Rust is memory safe by default and lets you opt out as needed via unsafe (but still forcing other rules).
Maybe zig could go the other way?
