This one stood out to me because it's just... Weird.
Like, yeah, the character (canonically) was only created 5 years ago, but was programmed to be about 15. So... Wouldn't that... Not be worse?
That's like saying it'd be gross if she was programmed to be 21 instead.
The problem wasn't ever their actual age, it's that 18 is generally considered the age where you're expected to be able to make that decision, it's not just some arbitrary number.
(I mean, it kinda is, but... Just trying to play *their* game.)
The problem isn't just "They're under 18 and that's bad because some guy said so." The problem is "They're under 18, that's bad because - generally - they aren't knowledgeable enough to make that choice."
How do people parroting these 'pedo bad' statements always forget the perceived reasons as to *why* such sentiment exist in the first place?
